- Analyzing the factors and activities, which affect the progress and timely completion of construction projects, and developing schedules using Primavera software
- Developing of cost estimates for entire construction projects at all levels of design and continuing with change orders during construction. These estimates are prepared, checked and presented by qualified estimators to MDAD directors, airlines and other stakeholders
- Recommending text to be included in the Contract Documents relating to schedules, payments and claims
- Preparing and presenting reports, diagrams, sketches, illustrations, spreadsheets
- Attending meetings between parties related to the construction projects for change order negotiations or other related services
- Preparing and presenting material to claims arising from the design and construction of projects
