JFK DELTA TERMINAL 4 RENOVATION AND ADDITION
For five years, RIB U.S.COST acted as a Professional Cost Estimating Services Consultant on this $1.2B Capital Improvement Program. RIB U.S.COST provided support in developing budgets, providing oversight to the change order negotiations process and establishing approved labor rates for cost control. These efforts resulted in excellent audit reviews and the maximization of the overall construction cost savings.
