The new International Arrivals Facility (IAF) project is intended to enhance the arrivals experience for international visitors and passengers. As the Puget Sound regions continues to attract more tourists and business travelers, the current facility is facing challenges in accommodating current users.

The project has three elements: a grand hall for passenger processing, baggage and Customs; an aerial walkway, and a large sterile walkway connecting the IAF to Concourse A.

This project is currently under construction and is seeking LEED V4 Silver Certification
