RIB U.S.COST met with SLC engineering department, planning consultants and architectural consultants to confrm the project defnition and complex phasing in the Option 1-72 Master Plan and prepared a comprehensive program estimate that was used to establish the program budget including soft costs and contingencies.

The $1.9B project consisted of a Program Level Budget Estimate for all 20 elements of the Master Plan including a new South Concourse, a new Central Terminal, Rental Car Facilities with a Baggage Handling System, a Central Utility Plant, new pedestrian bridges and airside connectors, a new parking structure, new roadways and airside paving, and extensive renovation of the existing concourses.
