RIB U.S.COST provided Cost Management services within the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport Development Program Management Team for the $5.4B Development Program. In that role, we were involved in establishing early Programming Phase budgets for all projects in the program, developed design phase submittal cost estimates, reconciling bids with the Contractors, and negotiating change orders with the Contractors during construction.

ACCOMPLISHMENT

Developed procedures and processes for the estimating, scheduling and change management standards; this included integration of software for their project delivery for use by all service providers program wide. In addition, we developed budget estimates and support the project controls team throughout the life of the program; our role included supporting management and negotiations of multiple program packages with various contract methods including Construction Management at Risk GMPs, over a 13 year period; our Value Engineering team developed significant VE proposals in connection with the International Terminal
