RIB U.S.COST was tasked to provide Professional Cost Estimating Services Consultant on this $3B terminal renovation. RIB U.S. COST supported budgets, provided oversight to the change order negotiations process and established approved labor rates for cost control. These efforts resulted in excellent audit reviews and the maximization of the overall construction cost savings.
Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport is undergoing a renovation and modernization as part of DFW’s $3B Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program (TRIP), and it will house domestic airlines as renovation work gets underway on the main sections of Terminal E in the coming months. The Terminal E Satellite will reopen with seven usable gates, and will ultimately have a full complement of nine gates.
