The Jackson Health West Campus is a 615,000 square foot medical center in Doral, Florida. The scope of the project includes the Children’s Ambulatory Pavilion (CAP) and Outpatient Facility, the accommodation for future hospital departmental capacities and capabilities, and accompanying site and civil works. Additionally, the project features a parking garage, CUP and additional supporting facilities.

RIB U.S.COST provided estimating services, from program validation to design development. The cost estimate was successfully reconciled with the construction management team during the preconstruction period. Additionally, RIB U.S.COST provided a market study which analyzes the project pricing in the context of the current local construction market.

The facility is projected to open its doors to the public in October 2020.
