This project provides upgrades to the Old Senate Subway Tunnel to meet code requirements for business occupancy, improve mechanical and electrical requirements to meet the AOC standards, waterproof the tunnel and abate hazardous materials. The study investigated three methods for waterproofing the tunnel.
