SENIOR ADVISOR, ESTIMATING

Steve is currently the Senior Advisor for estimating. Steve works directly with clients on proposals and provides QA/QC on contracts which provide an array of services including Cost Validations, Cost Reconciliations, Design Submission Estimates, Scheduling, Claim Dispute / Resolutions, Value Engineering, and Economic Analysis.

Steve Curran has more than 30 years of experience as a cost estimator and construction project manager with national engineering and consulting corporations, contractors, and government agencies. Since joining RIB U.S.COST in 1988, he has devoted most of his time to providing and overseeing cost estimating services for our largest clients, supporting them on multi-billion programs throughout the country.

When Steve’s not cost estimating, he can be found hunting for Trout, Steelhead, Bone Fish and Tarpon with his fly rod, or restoring vintage British Motorcycles in his workshop. Other interests include fly tying, downhill skiing and golf.
