VICE PRESIDENT

Russell has over 19 years of experience providing and overseeing cost management services including Facilities Conditions Assessments (FCAs). Along with overseeing day-to-day activities of the estimating staff in a branch office, Russell is also an acting Project Manager and a Senior Cost Estimator.

Russell has directed and prepared cost management services for new, existing, and special type facilities including civic / community buildings, education buildings, dormitories, libraries, K-12 schools, garage structures, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, courthouses, airports, hangars, office buildings, warehouses, hardened structures, maintenance shops and other facility types.
