Fabianne Arias has over 20 years of experience in Project Controls specifically with aviation type projects. As a Project Controls Manager for RIB U.S.COST, Fabianne manages projects across all stages from conceptual to construction. This includes meeting with owners and clients, presentations to supporting parties, and leading negotiations for Miami International Airport. Other airport experience includes airports in Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, New York City, San Diego, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Salt Lake City, among others.

Fabianne has a passion for fashion and international travel. In her spare time, she loves to shop and spend time with her loved ones – preferably at the beach.
