EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Andreas Kristanto has over 25 years of experience providing construction cost control services. He has been a Certified Cost Professional (CCP) for over 13 years.

He is the Vice President for the Southeast region with RIB U.S. Cost responsible for coordination of all the cost estimate production in the office, assigning projects to the Project Managers and the discipline estimators; and scheduling all projects to ensure for a timely delivery. He also performs quality control and quality assurance verifying the estimate satisfies the RIB U.S. Cost’s standard. He is heavily engaged with the iTWO solution application software using BIM modeling to develop project cost estimates. During the past 23 years, he has overseen and provided cost control services for hundreds of cost estimating and cost control tasks.

Andreas loves to travel and in his spare time, he can be found biking or playing ping-pong.
